They admited and told to wait for the next act. to see if they were able to fix it... so... nothing more to do than wait

I have so many glitches since the update that started Valley of the Kings. Takes up to 20 minutes to load a neighbor's airport city for a visit; takes who knows how long to collect gifts, causing lots of issues with getting gifted fuel to fly more flights; weekly missions not working for me; can't even buy any boosts if I wanted to because it won't work; can't get rid of a non-active player from my alliance because that does not work either; clicking on allowing a new player to join my alliance also does not work. Yes, have sent a message to G! for what it's worth. I usually get responses from them that appear to indicate the respondent has less tech knowledge than I do - or at least less knowledge of the game. The last question I asked them was how to earn the black and gold planes: the response was "what gold and black planes?". 'Nuff said

Agree with @PLMerry , this is a seriously old thread. You should have started your own. The only question you ask is black and gold planes. Look in the new wiki. Link at top of pages, under airplanes. The rest repost on problem page.
