iOS One launch bonus was lost mysteriously, is it normal?

I had a successful launch with neighbors today. However, when I tried to pick up the bonus, I couldn't pick it up first, then it said I need to have internet connection to pick it up. Of course I do. After several attempts, I closed the game and restarted it again. Unfortunately, the launch bonus is gone forever and the pad 2 asked me to start a new launch. Everything is lost....

Is it a known issue? What should I do at the first place? Thanks.

Put in a ticket. Tell them what launch, time it arrived..... theg can check.
