iOS Not getting platinum status?

Hi all. Wondering if I could get some help about why I don’t have platinum despite having enough cupcakes.

The ranking always lags behind what you actually have. I don't know how often that the rankings update, but I do know that the ranking is not real-time. Your reward should be based on your highest position held prior to midnight UTC.

That’s how I see the leagues’ structure:

So, if you’re on a golden league and have more than 1200 cupcakes, just wait for a while, you’ll get to titanium.
If you’re on a titanium league and have more than 3200 cupcakes... well, I’m sorry but that probably isn’t enough to get you to platinum. It depends on how many cupcakes the last position on platinum has.

There are several titanium and lower leagues, like @TeresaLisboa nicely showed. Platinum is just the one league. #100 has the lowest amount, no matter the threshold.
In a previous event I held the #1 spot in titanium for acouple of days although I was a couple of thousand (12k) over the threshold (8,5k). Couldn’t get in because the #100 in platinum held more than me, according to an alliance member who was in platinum... 🤷

Maybe you need to wait 15 minutes to refresh the leagues
