Windows no flights are being counted at all Alliance

yes i just got a mail from ivan all is good will be fixed soon or tmr. your flights will count later as they register on your game its like playing offline. so all is good

Hmmm, I'll believe that when I see it, and with GI's track record I don't have any cause to be optimistic, quite the contrary! For the time being I've suspended my alliance flights until I see an update here or on GI's Fb site.

I would mention that the bug doesn't seem to affect all destinations - in my alliance we're having trouble with Dhaka and Pattaya since this morning (?), while Egypt flight counts are not affected.

Right, OK. Come to think of it, this thread is tagged 'Windows' but it's an issue affecting all mobile platforms and Windows (don't know about the Fb version) - perhaps it should be re-tagged?

I hate to complain to Gi , last time i write them about no counting , kate said we no have any problem for counting .

Maybe we should all list our ticket #'s here so when GI says there is no problem, we can show them all the ticket #'s. Mine is #8389040

I know Gi will respond saying everything is ok, but I just submitted my ticket just to bother them at least.

I just stopped playing after I noticed the flights weren’t counting...I can’t deal with GI right now ...knowing they will say no problem on their end.... too frustrating .....I’m going to try again later today.

My alliance flights seems to be counting now, at least on my main game. Will be checking 2nd game in a bit.

Edit: I lied - it's improved, counted 6 out of 12 condor flights. But can't seem to get it over 65/67 flights. At least passenger count seems to be going up a bit.

Just tried 2 of my games and both alliance task landed planes counted for a second then visibly rolled back again. None of my pax are counting so planes are still in the hangars waiting to be landed.

It's been there over a month now.. but usually came to normal again. It not yesterday and today
I guess I'll have a little break today.

I have not received credit for the last 8 flights. but I am not losing ground to the flyer just in front of me on the world map, he is second and I am third, so I guess he/she is not getting credit either. I have gone through this before, put in a ticket, was told it is working fine, then 12 hours later got credit for about 75% of the flights, but they definitely lost a number of them. Hopefully this time I get full credit.

I have just landed 3 falcon at paramaribo and they counted. I'm 3rd and trying to stay there, but noones moved from yesterday. But 6 jumbo flights to Houston didn't count. Minor improvement.
