Next Update — 5.9

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but it's now happened twice since the update, so I'm guessing it wasn't just a glitch.
I now seem to get the pop-up which tells me I've been sent a neighbour request using my friend code, only when I actually accept the request.

Happens here aswell.

Did anyone else noticed that town hall, control tower, repair base and terminal are nor any longer available in the shopping cart?
That makes more difficult to discover in-game which items will be needed to finish such buildings...

Although I can see that there is no reason for these to be in the store, if they are going to be removed, the information really should appear on the upgrade screen. I mean, it takes up the entire screen, so it's not like there's no room. As well as the required completion items, the power needed is important to know. I can imagine a box popping up saying "You need more power", without saying how much is missing, so it will become a process of trial and error, which doesn't seem ideal.
I know this info is in the Wiki, but it really shouldn't be necessary for players to go to a third-party fan site to discover these details.

I also see that in my games stores. Free2Play can you solve this problem. Sorry for adding you. My game AYON1 has 2 broken planes, which can NOT be repaired,because of the unfinished repairbase. The repairbase can't be found in the store.

This thing has broken again, unfortunately, as we can confirm now. You'll not be able to repair planes until you finish the upgrade of Repair Base.
Please contact the support team, if you haven't already.

I've upgraded the Repair Base, only the items which are needed for running up the base aren't complete yet.
Repair Base is also NOT showing in the store anymore to buy it.

Update is done direct from airport building. Same for all buildings which are upgradable. Taken out the store element. Read the posts above!

Do you mean the popup screen with the alarm clock has annoyed you or anything else?!

No, when using the the bonus Family Ticket and collecting from passenger buildings, after about 6 buildings the game would lag while the passengers flew up into the sky/top of the screen. So it was a bit of a chore when trying to send out 13 Condors. But that popup screen is also annoying

Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen (Monday 16th October - 17.55pm BST London)

With regards to the latest game update, here are a few observations:

The clickable shields, for collecting passengers and coins, are no bigger than the finger nail on my little finger, they are not easy to spot. I'm assuming this has been done deliberately to slow down the collection process and the game even more. It is also difficult to spot if a broken plane needs to be repaired.

I'm no longer able to make my game full screen, which means there is a constant white bar across the top of my game screen. All of my shortcuts, along the bottom of the game screen, are now on permanent display.

It is good to see all the side bar tasks are now under one clickable icon.

Nope, not yet. The update for Windows Phone 8.1 was released on October 13th along with all the others including new Windows Universal Build (former Windows Store version).

We intend to support Windows Phone version with new updates until the end of the year because there're quite a few of the players still playing there. However, even Microsoft is about to end its Windows Phone support along with Windows 8, and we can't prolong the life of that OS much longer with our tech.

There will be further announcements about future Windows Phone updates on our official Facebook page later this year.

AC: "Hello! It's live!"
Player: "What do you mean?? I pushed the button to update on the screen but it said it was not available for my windows phone. Please explain."
AC: "Oh, you're on Windows Phone.. What operation system is it running on? 8? 10?"
Player: "8.1."
Player: "So after playing this game for 5 years your making me quit?? That don't seem right...."
AC: "No, we don't want you to quit! On the contrary! However, sadly, these versions are no longer supported. Not to worry though, if you update your phone to Windows 10 - we will help you transfer the game. Or, if you have any other device (or Windows PC on Windows 10) we will transfer the game there!"

The idea of having a signature is to list the items you need. I don't see slabs listed in your signature. Just because you send a slab deesn't mean you'll get one back! Personally, I don't need or want slabs, yet I'm still getting them, even though my signature says "no slabs".

So are you saying there is an update available for windows 8.1 users (NOT windows phone)? That is what I was referring to was the PC version of windows.

Did you read all of the information sent to you from GTCity when you joined? 95%+ of the people in this forum trade items by asking for what they want. The old “send me junk because you want it yourself” doesn’t work. Use the search function and find others that want the same things you want.
