As level 3 requires impossible amount of gold coins, I am at level 2, and probably stay at level 2 for good.

After playing long enough I managed to purchase Villas and Townhouses in my support games without paying single cent, even I managed to build few Planetariums. You just need to select your priorities and make your long term strategy. Actually, while your land costs 10 euro on sale, you could reasonably grow without paying money (OK, it will be slow growth but reasonable). Of course, you should think is 5 euro or dollars a week huge amount and in how many other ways you are spending such amount of money. If you spend 5 euro weekly, you’ll be able to buy 100 greenies every second week on sale, what could boost your game.
You are also wrong with your statement about gold tokens. Amount is huge, but you get tokens from red launches (and coins as well to build your last levels of Tower and Terminal) and you can spend them for planes (I have never purchased S1 or S2 plane, I am flying for S3), to buy Mystery Super Bonus (again, I never did this, I flew for it), to buy auto collect buildings and to upgrade your RH. So if you launch frequently, you will have excess of gold tokens.
So, main thing here is - consider this game as really long term, don’t expect to be able to finish everything in few months and make long term planning. It doesn’t matter whether you will play in one year - make your planning for next one year and if the game still makes fun, go ahead and fulfill your plan.

My condors were in my RH1 as my jumbos have been in use flying to zagreb potsdam and others gaining QL collections..

Several neighbors have been joining my QLs as well as my helping others like @exwhy .

When the merger happened all was good 4 1 day. In fact I even had items to use for the event and had much of it done.

The next day, opened game and there wasnt any reserve hanger as I showed in pics previously posted in this thread. All 10 condors had been placed in WH with 1 tbird and 1 facon. Not one of them said take or use after having to build L1 reserve, using those slots for 2 jumbos or selling those jumbos active to free up stands. Even after restart game and computer every plane except santa and cards only said i can sell them

I think you need to contact support. No one else has reported loosing their reserve hangar.

I tried that too and they cut me off after i had submitted my screenshots explanation and other pertinent info

It was so quick to be told they wont help that there wasnt even a ticket number created

You need to be persistent with them. It often takes 2-3 times re-opening a case before it is actually resolved in my experience.

Don’t do it in game. Use the link on the first forum page and go through the web site. Then you get a ticket number.

I dont want to put a spanner in the works but im not sure all the greens are right. I have level 2, but havent really used it much so not a lot open. Ive just paid 10 greens for slot 5 and my next slot is still 10. Or am I missing something? @Pit1024

That's right. For Level 2:
1 - free
2 - free (from the upgrade to level 2)
3 - 5 greens
4 - 5 greens
5 - 10 greens
6 - 10 greens

Oh I also saw there are 2 empty prices, I'm guessing the price after 80 greens, 80 greens, 100 greens, 100 greens, 120 greens, 120, 120, 120, ....

Yes empty prices for 13,14 and 15. W need a confirmation of 13 and can then fill in the rest. I have 1 more spot to open before I upgrade to Level 3.

The info is all there but as its just a list that gets longer, I think it might read better, from level 3 ( as there are no free slost) to just put the price for opening slots at that level. But keep Level 1 and 2 as they are. As it is you have to count to find the slot number! Or number each slot?

3 - 5 gr
4 - 5 gr
...

I'm not sure though, need suggestion from other too.
