I will find a neighbour that has more than your neighbour.

From now on I'm accepting neighbours based on the number of rocket gardens or space monuments they have.

Tip: to be my neighbour you should have at least 30 of each and the more the better.

I've never used Photoshop, if he/she is a cheat or not that's a matter for another day and yes like me you are missing something. How does one get so many...?
