Windows Lost progression, no anwser from GI

On friday 20 I had to reinstall Bluestack. And when I opened the game i was level 1.
I contacted GI support twice and no answser so far.

Play the game under the same google account and upgrade to level 3. Pop up window shall appear if you want to load the old game. If not, try to close the game, open again it should work.

Have you checked the spam folder of your email? That is were I found the reply from GI. Once we could communicate, they were able to help me.

They finaly answered yesterday afternoon ti propode the same things as you a350, to go to level 3 and to reconctact them.
Now I can't even load a plane in my game and they do not answer. So long thanksgiving event, and I beggin to think they don't care and I have lost 7 years progress of gaming evereyday....

You need to give them the new and the old Codes. Then they can replace the old on top of the new.

Finally I tried to reinstall the game a third time. Then I reached level 3 and this time I had the pop up window and could take back my game. !
Great. As I had tons of bonus never used I used to try to complete the thanksgiving event in 3 day ! Almost complated level 19 !!!
