Windows Lost Crsnt1 game

I had to do a factory reset on my computer. as I couldn't get MS store to update anything Unfortnately I lost Crsnt1 - my backup wouldn't work, and there was no automatic restore. Hoping GI will restore within a couple of days, as I would really like to complete the event on that game, also.

taking all the comments I’ve seen lately, it seems that with this new way of upgrading AC, the Windows backups made by users aren’t working anymore...
I’m sure GI will get your game back, it’s just a matter of waiting. hopefully with enough time to finish the event.

That was before GI restored my neighbors. I have POJ and POJs still showing as neighbors Just waiting for the game itself to be restored, then all should be ok.

It took me 10 days to get mine restored

Well, no thanks to GI, but I got my game back, but lost all my neighbors. . You will need to delete Pilot 20q329req before requests can be sent.
