iOS Lost alliance membership and friends list

As above. I was asked to restore profile which I did. My level, cash etc restored but I am no longer a member of my alliance and have lost all my friends. Poorlly, I have received no response to the ticket I raised with support. Any suggestions/advice.

Continue to ping them concerning ticket. Latest update supposedly offers simpler restore so I'd ask them about it.

Don’t give up. It happened to me in one of my supports a while ago and in the end, support got me everything back, alliance and friend list included

And it still say "Event is Over" as I'm trying to upgrade my Town Hall to level 10. I can't even ask for gifts (send those items to the other person) to see if they'll return the same. I don't like these guys. They don't reply to ANY notifications I send them. It's terrible.

Do you have the items for Town Hall 10 to send? If not, then there’s a side mission you’ve not done somewhere which is stopping it coming up.

No I do not. So how do you find out what "side mission(s)" you haven't done?

Have you checked the Spam folder of your email? During a recent support ticket for my system, I thought that GI was ignoring me. Instead, their responses were all hidden in my Spam folder.

2 ways:

1 look in Wiki, buildings, other buildings, Town Hall level 1. There is a list of missions I’ve just put in. It’s not checked yet but should be correct. But there’s nothing really to do.

2 in your brown book of side missions look for the building icon with a building tower and a hard hat.

Somewhere you’ll find a mission you haven’t accepted. There are no tasks to do so it should be very simple.
