does anyone know how to get items from your warehouse into your gift lists or is this not possible and do things just appear randomly?

Now have 5 Wide-Angle Binoculars...just need the textbook for my Control Tower. I don't believe the textbook can be gifted.

Any chance that you could send me a shredder too please - desperate to finish my terminal as having "only" 90 people capacity is a real hassle. Still need stamps and server racks too, but not sure they can be sent.
