Well there are good neighbours and there are not so good neighbours. Guilty of removing on occasion

guilty indeed. I've just done with some with lowest level. Think I'll bear this scar for life

i think it's rude for inactive neighbours to take up a space on my list... unless their absence is informed

But be careful of some neighbours being zzz as there is a bug where in fact they are sending gifts regularly but their game shows zzz.

I carefully checked by visiting all of them. Most is said "you can't visit this neighbor due to outdated version", does it mean they're really inactive?

I have a neighbor who is Zzzz. I can't visit his game, but he still sends gifts daily from it. Just a glitch, I guess.

Yes. There are 2 people i know have that problem. Benfly and owumi, so maybe others.
