They did during the 10 year anniversary event. The question is whether they are unexpiring codes. Looks like they are not

I used them 3 weeks after the end of Celestial Festival. Someone with a new game should try them.

They will only work if you didn't already collect them. If you were putting in all the codes during the 10 year anniversary / celestial festival, they you likely used them.
