I believe that this is also a message you get when your connection is bad. I tried to visit a neighbor via cell service and got that alert. About 30-60 minutes later, I tried over an Internet connection and it was fine. Perhaps my neighbor updated in that timeframe, but I think it was another GI-ism.

My connection is quite good, I think. I can visit everyone else - it looks like M22's city is so awesome that winphone client just can't handle it.

As I said in another thread, just got it done, with Turboprops and Jets, mostly, and Falcons.

Only bonuses I needed were the SpyGlass and the SkyCaptain. The amount of buildings built on the airport side does help. I will keep six buildings in my city to give the chance to visitors from both iOS and Android to tap, then before I complete will transfer them to the airport side.

Three stars don't excite me - off to get the Empire State Building!
