Hi all

I have no choice but to give up the game. It has happened few times that my game "went back" to the status of few weeks ago. The cash, experience and buildings I earned or built were all gone again and again. I am not sure if it was the game problem or my android phone problem. Anyway, it has been a great pleasure chatting and working with you all. Take care and hope to see you again soon!

sorry to hear that, ive thought about doing the same as everything just takes to long to save the money for unless you managed to use a glitch before the update. its getting dragged out so much its getting kind of boring

The samething had been happening to me, as long as I didn't exit the game my progress saved but as soon as I closed it any and all progress made after the dfs I would have to do it AGAIN

mine played up a few times, i managed to finally get the buddha statue from thailand, then when i went to check it in the collections the game re-booted and it disapeared : (

I won't update the game anymore.. so no DFS and the upcoming destination, las vegas ..

just need to reach 117 stars and guess I have to stop playing this game..
the update is getting worse :-(

Is everyone up to date with the game updates?

I was up to date on my previous game which is the one that was having issues saving so now I'm on a different version same game progress just different friend code for some reason.

My game is up to date, but the updates are getting worse, especially the DFS one. The game crashed from time to time, and game saving was also an issue.

Still, the most frustrating one is the "rollback" problem. I was back and forth level 32 and level 33 in whole July ......

Instead of quitting I cheated- tried time travel. I was very bored and frustrated around the time of the stupid US challenge. Built up 600k and bought extra land over 3 days. It made the game more boring especially as I was blocked from returning gifts and visiting. After waiting 2 weeks then a week getting nowhere with support, I decided I wasnt going to get visiting and gifting back so I did a few more days of time travel. Surprisingly gifting and visiting returned. I have a theory that you only get caught when you are travelling to the future and try visiting or gifting.
Not going to try it again though. I'll just get my last 10-20 stars and quit like Neville.

Quiting is an option I've considered, after I've been cheated out of 528 airport cash. Over 100 US I've spent on the game, then lost my game. Looking at the reviews on Google play I see that this has happened to many, many players. I've emailed them several times and they won't answer me anymore. They claim they paid the airport cash to my friend code, but I didn't get. I don't believe anything they say anymore - if they don't have the curtousy to answer then they obviously do not care about paying customers. I'm going to gather up all my credit card reciepts and make a formal complaint to Google Play. Before quitting, I urge everyone, especially anyone who has spent money on the game, to do the same.

It's sad really because it is a good game and enjoyable to play. It's worthwhile to continue playing with the new updates, because of the added challanges, but they bring out a new update without fixing the bugs in the old update, therefore creating further technical problems. So I've come to believe it's all about making money for GI. The focus here is on the new players, not the dedicated or loyal players. The object, getting new players to spend real money as quickly as possible before bugs are noticed. That was my mistake. This is why it's important for as many people as possible to make formal complaints to google, with enough complaints perhaps something will be done.
