iOS Game won't load with the right level on iphone

I have been playing on my ipad but want to play on both, ipad and iphone. I have followed all the instruction and have no issues with other games not loading correctly on either device. What do I do?

You can’t play one game on 2 devices. You will end up being banned. Choose one main game and start a 2 Nd on the other machine.

The same account cannot be played on two devices, or two accounts can be opened on two different devices.
Maybe I should play with the Windows version. . . . Other devices need batteries. Will they run out of power soon? . . . . .
