I was fine until the overnight flights. Everything was working fine apart from the server stuff. I was even getting the odd useful drop!

That's good. Personal choice for me not to fly - the one's that are in the hanger from overnight Sunday I have not clicked on nor will I send out again until up and running. Ok for doing the basics like landing guest planes and collecting cash but I'm not risking anymore than that. I've been burnt several times even without this maintenance work. Hope you get your plane back.
 
Still not working for me. Plus, overnight, I've lost a powerful Delta. Its showing in my warehouse still but it never returned from Iceland this morning? Has there been an eruption which has taken it out?

On a serious note, how do I raise a ticket or should I just wait till maintenance is over?
Take photos of warehouse and flights to show it's missing. Then wait till maintenance is over. Things might come back. If not raise ticket. Link is in airport citynews forum. First page

Same here. Just grounded all my planes this morning. Won't take any risks. Only helicopters to complete stars and collect items.

That's what I did yesterday just got a couple of stars flying the Heli to Training Flight H - hadn't noticed previously that they had changed the time from (I think) 12 hours to only 2 minutes - so two stars and no great loss there. Like you all my planes are staying grounded.

I have to admit....It's been nice over the past few days to just play the game without any additives; been pretty refreshing. I appreciate gifts of course, but it was a hassle to scramble each day to get those gifts out or to do launches. No fuel rings to log on to either....just collect coins, pax, items, and send out flights. I'll gladly welcome normal operations when the servers are back online though; hopefully it will be a success.

Why are you grounding flights? If flights are grounded, I would even moreso expect helis to be grounded since they are so costly to fly

I'm not risking flying any planes until maintenance is over Nav, no idea if pax are counting or being registered and people are losing planes...not wasting fuel, inflight items or taking the risk until we know more. I only did the 2 minute Heli flights - Training Flight H, I got two stars and only used a little fuel.

Hmm...so flights are being lost eh? I wouldn't expect the servers to mess with flights, since flights were unaffected whenever the servers were slow. However, I understand the precaution, and probably the safest option

It is just a precaution and only my personal choice in doing this, I'm not sure exactly what's been effected by the maintenance work. We have no idea (let me know if I'm wrong please) if things are being registered as no way to look; Alliance tasks, pax etc Hey It might bite me in the butt when normal service resumes I just don't know :cautious:

That was a problem prior to maintenance...it happened to some several weeks ago and to myself and a few others a little over a week ago. Several of us had to submit tickets and it took 2-3 days with help.

Windows phone. Its not happened before and I hope I can get it back! Had to google how to take a screenshot on my phone lol but I have them now.

So @Disco, when you say the aircraft is in your warehouse, did you mean hangar? I'm a bit confused as to what you mean. Remember also that all your planes are in the warehouse (brown crate) whether they are still in flight, in a hangar, or in storage

Some of us were missing flights a couple of weeks ago...there were several problems... not sure what was causing them... but there are several post about it under the glitches and errors thread.

So you think i should submit a ticket now even though we are still in maintenance? In fairness, they probably have enough to deal with at the moment!

Grrr on another note, I keep getting a "resource limit reached" error on this forum. Is it when too many are active on it at once?
