it´s right. Let's wait sync from G! server but maybe we will have problems to be a friend because you plays on windows system and I play on Android. Before the update I could see windows requests but after the last update didn't work.
If you can be a neighbor to other android player probably it's my game issue and we need to wait.

My LY2 game got reset to level 60 and zero experience 3 times within the first several days of the update, lost about 300K experience points, coins, etc., and since then I didn't play much, and so far it hasn't reset again. As I mentioned in the 4.7.9 update forum thread, it can reset any time and GI hasn't figured out the root cause yet. Ivan suggested to me to not play too much until this is fixed, so that's what I am doing. If you could get very disappointed and depressed for resetting back to level 60, you should not play much, if you can accept the reset then you can play as much as you want.

Does it reset back to 60 or back to whatever level you were when you installed the update? I'm currently level 55 and am still avoiding the update. I'd be upset about losing money and construction, but wouldn't care so much about level.

I noticed that you're playing on Windows. If so, FYI you can have neighbors on Android and iOS for the purpose of visits, but will not be able to exchange gifts. I've sent you a request from my Windows game, otherwise known as speargummit.

That I don't know, I think all of us who got reset were at level 60 when updated.
