Duke is not visiting my airport from since last Thursday. Not even today.

Am I the only one who facing the problem? What should I do now?

No...it is not appearing in my airport anymore..

Interestingly, when I visit you, I can see it in your airport.

You're seeing condition of your own airport, projected onto your neighbor's game.
Eg. current event is since lvl16. But you can visit lvl15 neighbor and you will see and be able to collect crashed UFOs - even though the owner of the airport cannot.

Have you updated your game?
I didn't update one of my accounts and that account has the same issue. So, I believe you don't get to have the Duke ship if you don't update your game.
