I just lost the down the rabbit hole event too @Gt city opening ticket with GI

Switched PC on this morning - game working normally. Switched on this afternoon - no event. Tried rebooting - still no event. As a Windows player our launch of the event was delayed by 4 days - not happy at losing even more time
I also see that my event gifts that I can send have also gone so I will need to delay gifting neighbours today

I hope they return it back without loosing any thing it should be saved in the GI server

it just came back, I just used my back-up files to play where i left off

Those who complete the event and they not click completed they lost and they must repeat the task mission event ???
The stars are saved.

Correct. Flights/stars are counted but all side quests, including the main event tasks, have reset to zero.

Guys, it looks there is an issue. We all need to wait on solution from GI. It looks most of the platforms were affected.
