Short answer is unfortunately not. If you click on these buildings (after the 5 clicks) in your neighbours' cities, you'll see that they do not drop collection items. Alternatively if you click on the items in your collection tab, you'll see that they only drop from your own buildings but not neighbours' buildings.

Please in future create a separate post under "Airport City Discussion" section to ask questions. This thread obviously has another purpose, and it would be considerate to do our forum admins a kind favour by keeping discussions where they should be.
