You keep them all. You can have 7 gifts from the same player, ch ages nothing. Just watch the countdown timer.

I save all my fuel gifts and only collect them all every 7 days when I do my map runs for Adventure buildings etc. Some maps are relatively harder to collect and are time bound once activated so it’s handy to have a week’s worth of gifted fuel to make the most of the map. Many experienced players use this strategy.
