In this party you are free to jump over QL holders unless there is explicit info to the contrary. Especially if they've only put in a measly 96 points

Looks like there is lots of participation in today's party so I added a 3rd QL. While I have a pretty light day and should be able to join most launches, I probably will not be able to make all launches, but when I do you'll have a third.

Everyone feel free to pass me up; I am only here for fuel support.
