My game also hangs on loading screen after update.. Cleaning cache didn't help and neither did rebooting. I guess I have to open a ticket...

Open a ticket. More ticket means problem is more serious and they will try to do fix asap.

Is that a record for an event? That's it or was there a ton or leftover items from the last time you did it? I'll assume you had the stadiums, but the items from flights?

got few from flights but now have more then I had, I was better with stadium items (needed only 4 scarfs)

Perhaps threads of new version of iOS and Android updates should not be combined, as the game is not exactly identical on iOS and the many, many versions of Android.

Reading the posts, it seems iOS players are having more problems, whereas Android players not so much? But it gets confusing when players of both iOS and Android makes comments on the same thread (you don't know which platform they mean)

Discussion of new quests however can be combined as they are identical on both platforms.

Just my thoughts.

I have updated my minor android game to AC ver 5.4.14 (Nexus 7, Lollipop) and it works fine.
I have not updated my iPad until there is another update fix.

Problem with new IOS update! I was in the process of flying my Jumbo to Berlin. Now only destination is Quito. No other destinations are available.

Check the flights filter at the top right of the flights screen. I noticed the same, but it's a filter issue.

I download the game with my Samsung S6 from the galaxy store a while ago and have never a problem with updates but now I don't receive a message for a update. When I tab the menu in the Galaxy App Store and go to the option " My Apps " and click there on the Airport City icon it don't shows a update and when I let the phone search for a update it give the message " no updates" .
The software is still version 5.3.0.
Is there maybe someone with the same problem, or better..who can help me with this?

I think I know the answer we're it goes wrong. I downloaded the game from the Galaxy Store and the still offers the old version. In the Play Store you can download the new version but it does not recognize the 530 version that I downloaded from the Galaxy store.
I have send a ticket to GI with the problem.

First bug is that finished collections are not more shown automatically - you have to surch them in the now 221 collections - A huge step back

If your on ipad reboot - that worked for me and not had that problem since.

I think I know the answer we're it goes wrong. I downloaded the game from the Galaxy Store and the still offers the old version. In the Play Store you can download the new version but it does not recognize the 530 version that I downloaded from the Galaxy store.

The update for your store is currently under development as we work non-stop to improve application performance and encourage your interest in the game process. Striving to satisfy your expectations our specialists are preparing new version but the exact date of the release is not available yet.

addition - when you repairing your broken plane with greenies - you have additional confirmation page (same one as for speeding the collection of coins or passengers). Good side is that it will prevent you to do fast press and spend if you don't want to, bad one is that if you are in a hurry you lose few seconds with confirmation.
There is an option to use do not show this message but I don't know if it is once for all buildings or only repair base.

Anyone else having the collection scroll issue. Mine no longer automatically shows you which collections are ready, I have to scroll completely through to find which one.
