I think I know the answer we're it goes wrong. I downloaded the game from the Galaxy Store and the still offers the old version. In the Play Store you can download the new version but it does not recognize the 530 version that I downloaded from the Galaxy store.
I have send a ticket to GI with the problem.

Galaxy Store and Google Play Store are two different versions of the game, as in: separate releases like iOS and Windows. Although we try to update them simultaneously now. Galaxy Store version should be soon.

And of course thanks for everyone who reports issues both here on forum and through support team. It helps greatly with fixing them.

The most irritating issue so far seems to be with game hanging up on loading screen if your system language is not the one we support officially. Try changing it to English as it was adviced by fellow players above while we investigate and release the update with fixes.

It's logical that I raised the ticket for jetpack not working only if i used one and found that is not working. I'll survive with the loss, would be happier if they fix the bug as I'm losing other resources when i'm unable to use it (less flights per duration of bonuses).

I have a few feedback comments for GI (Free2Play - sorry kitten but you had it coming the way this update worked - I am staring to think that GI is deliberately responsible for dead kittens everywhere now!)

-- The collections bug (if a bug) needs to be fixed soon. It's getting us quite some valuable time to seek through and complete collections. Yes, I understand some people do not complete collections every day, but the majority does, and I personally don't have that much extra time.

-- Something needs to happen with the tapping and the coins. It seems the tap alignment has worsened after the latest update (the sensitivity at least) and every time I try to collect coins (and I try to do so as fast as I can as I consider it also a waste of time having to watch the coins animated on their way to my coin counter) I also get the popups to speed things up. This is also an annoying feature on its own - I understand GI wants to make money off advertising, which is understandable, and that also wants us to spend money on the game. However, unlike the option to speedup with greenies, there's no confirmation window for speeding up with a video, and once the video starts, it takes a few seconds (probably around 10) to give you the option to stop and continue with the game. To add insult to injury, there IS a popup asking me if I am sure I want to stop the video!!! Either give us an option to collect all available coins at once, or at least give us an option to confirm whether we want to watch the video!!!)

-- Need the Favorites for the neighbors. It helps when you have specific needs and know which neighbors to visit.

-- I am not sure that the new Alliance Tasks are in any way helpful. The players that were already playing to the extreme will probably benefit, the rest of the players that are either taking it easy (like me :p) or are essentially not willing to spend their resources right away, will probably not do much, and some may actually be disappointed completely. It's the same as the daily task - if it's doable in a reasonable way, people will do it. Otherwise, the reward is NOT that interesting to motivate us to actually spend valuable resources...

-- Gifting - we need to INCREASE the daily gift count. I know most of the forum players have had support games, and as a result can return many more gifts per day than one, and also when you start, you really don't know your neighbors to the point where you may not have more than 20 frequent/daily player neighbors. But as the game progresses, and for us who've been playing since 2012, 20 gifts per day is very very limiting. For example, I personally started gifting only to my Alliance friends; but with the number of members set at 20, there is really no much more flexibility to gift to other non-alliance friends or even forum members...

Regardless - I am not sure I like the direction this game is taking. It's been like that for quite some time now, but the last few updates with the new levels, the new buildings, new planes, etc. gave me hope that there's still a good amount of life in this game. However, it seems that the focus of the game is shifting from developing our cities/airports to "fighting" with each other and each other's alliances. That's why there's so many people accusing each other of cheating, etc. It started with the "top 100" rankings, which started a trend to spot cheaters and time travelers (which caused us a LOT of trouble, especially those of us who traveled often across various time zones), which in turn led to us trying to spot who gained an advantage and who did not.

I still remember that during the first one or two years, the objective was to try and collaborate (i.e. during launches, etc.), to try and help each other to progress. Now it seems that this is no longer necessary. We are helping each other selectively so that we compete with others, and we are NOT helping new players who indeed need our help, because it reduces our ability to compete as well. I wish this starts to become the trend again, instead of the exception...

I think it doesn't matter how much is the actual limit, more will be better, as long as fuel, passengers and flight items are gift-able. Remove these items and 20 will be magically enough, we could even help low level players with building items. I don't say it should be the way to go, just think about the consequences.

About the alliances. It's clear that competition (this is not fighting) increases the revenue. And while this is a (fun) game for us, it's a business for GI. Clearly cheating decreases their profit, so eventually they will do something, but they need to be careful not to upset paying users.

By the way, Ivan, don't forget the mission to Mars. We are missing it :)

If they think cheating is decreasing their profit, why not stop them?
Because cheater are examples for new and fair players what can be achieved with money, so they spend.
This is the only reason I can think about.

I understand completely with limitation.
But our eyes and logic still thinking impossible.
We can fly max 2 million a week.
How can you let everyone fly above it everyweek.
And to get even top 20 is getting harder.
We dont feel any of your help about it.

We try to investigate every report of cheating that comes our way.
We can't fully automate it as it would lead to false bans of many fair players.
However, I fully understand your concern (and the concern of many, many other players) regarding cheating players, and there're additional measures we intend to introduce.
