I have. When you do too many actions one after another lIke using a magic square and moving buildings. Dont think it’s related to the platform. It’s a game problem. Also happens on iOS after I changed platform!

There's an issue right now with event tokens (Pilgrim Hats) either not being counted or counted wrong. We're fixing it and it's probably going to be fixed in the next few hours, but don't be surprised if it acts weird right now.

Update. Issue is fixed, although some of the tokens could arrive with a slight delay after you complete an action. We'll continue to improve it next week.

I could have sworn I landed enough planes to accumulate 9500 hats but my game shows only 18, I wonder why?

I'm not sure if you can start the upgrade, but the one that I had started before the event ended is letting me watch videos to get what I need to complete the upgrade.
