Looks like we get more than 10 ads a day now actually. If I got it right with my counts:
5 for 30% flight accelerations (no wait in between till the time reset)
All neighbor visits (no wait)
3 for fuel (30-minute wait)
9 (or 10) for items (5-minute wait till reset)
9 for commercial buildings acceleration (5-minute wait)
9 for passengers buildings (5-minute wait)
x for factory buildings (3-hour wait) <-- at least 3
? when changing tasks of the day

Numbers need to be checked...

I do think the items are 10, but shared between for example building requirements as well as the ones used for entities (like map mushrooms), I got nine of the former and one of the latter today, and they seem to share the cooldown timer.

@Ur-quan I'm seriously disappointed with the lack of consistency in the game. I understand that due to the game changes you had to switch the Wonderland destination from Plane of Hearts to Switch and I accept it.
Last year however we had 6 event destinations: Cheltenham (Owl), Chichester (Hawk), Lichfield (Raven), Durham (Jumbo), Salisbury (Falcon) and Bradford (Condor). This year, instead of expanding the event destinations to 9 or 10 (depending on whether Switch plane destination will be included or not) you changed back to regular destinations. This way you are not giving the newbies chances to compete with the veteran players on number of collected stars. Don't get me wrong - I have 15 of the 18 possible stars, but still consistency and fair play should have highest priority for you while developing game. This is definitely a multi-year game so especially speaking about events, which appear annually or even once each few years you should keep consistent approach - don't discontinue existing event-only destinations (the other change should be OK, to replace a regular destination in an event with event-only destination like you did in the past), don't cancel existing events, especially if unique event destinations exist (if/when you create too many events to fit in one year, you may rotate events on bi-annual base).
I am also not happy about not being able to fly to destinations that used to be available for this event.

I love Spanish Egg, English Egg buildings as they are iconic:) but main reward is kitschy. Come on GI, any skyscrapers?

And I really don’t understand why! They were already programmed, why let those go??

Maybe, just maybe. With all the update and the corona situation (working from home), it’s harder to work out the problems.

So, they just do “easier” solutions as long as the event is still being rolled out and the revenue still coming in.

Wait for it, they might come again next year. Who knows.

Bonuses. Anyone noticed a change to the way bonuses operate on your aircraft? I activated a Sky Bonus, which did not change/increase coins for any planes in flight. The bonus was only applied when new aircraft launched. Any other bonuses affected this way?

If their aim was to reduce the number of ads I watch - then congratulations - it worked!

Funny enough, I've been watching ads less because of the cooldown period. Not sure if that was GI's intent, but adding a cooldown period after videos is sure to cool down the amount of ads viewed by players 🤷‍♂️
Same here. The cooldown-period didn't make me purchase more either.

Tbh, not sure watching the videos is what is making money for GI. Sure, indirectly it is. But in general, adds are only valuable when there is actually a purchase aferwards. Purchase in this case meaning: Getting the game on you phone, and possibly (depending on the contract) they might only get paid once you made a first payment in that game....... Contrary to popular believe, I don't think GI is making money by us (users) simply watching the adds...

I wasn't heavily reliable on it, but I can see it being a nuisance if Im speeding up multiple flights at once....especially with the speed up period being shorter for the shorter flights

For speeding up flights, there is no cooldown. you can use 5 ads in a row.
