Nope nada on either Windows or Fire atm - Doesn't surprise me about Fire as it always seems to take longer unfortunately with that platform. Disappointed re Windows tho

Well, I got it already.

I decided that until there was an update to Windows, I would not go around the neighbors, I wouldn’t give presents and accept them. I noticed that the firecrackers sent from the neighbors were replaced with fuel by 3 units when accepted.

Getting F3 or P5 before you update is normal that's why it is advisable not to accept them until after you update and then pray and hope (you do them together at the same time, if you do one without the other it won't work) that they change to event items.

BUT while collecting items in neighbors cities the game is massively laggy.

The lag is dreadful - a full 10 seconds after clicking on a dragon - which doesn't sound much but sitting waiting for your game to go again it seems ages. Same with clicking on neighbour's dragons. (or whatever they are called!)

You have to be at level 6 at least

I got the update too. BUT while collecting items in neighbors cities the game is massively laggy.

My game on a mid range Android phone is almost unplayable with the lag now.

Seems to be level 7 for me (seeing with windows support by levelling during an event)...

Contacted Microsoft support about their delay in store, this was the final response lol

No Windows update as yet? What's the point trying to compete with others on a level playing field.
Would just be happy to get the game at the moment.

I think the Windows Store is having some issues.
Yesterday I went to the store and had 16 apps waiting to be modified.
Three of them were reporting an error !

I left my laptop switched on overnight and there were still 6 apps waiting this morning.. Despite my best efforts they refuse to update

The windows store is highly annoying today. I now have a description of the
event under in this version within the store of course the update is not actually
showing. I guess it is movement so the update should be not far behind......theoretically.

I also see the description of the event under the Windows Store, but no update available. I was able to get other updates from the store, just not AC.
