Seems like it gets changed once you close your game and reopen it.

Next launch: it requires OB...

of course not. if you see the list, it has only residential "buyable" buildings

Really don't understand why anyone is bothered about msb, stupid new prizes, far too many useless quests, what a joke this game is becoming, all so certain people get their free greens.

Is anybody else noticing what seems to be server issues? 3 games, 2 computers & android. Can't visit neighbors on 1 game, others ok. Then can't visit on another game, but first 2 ok. Same with gifting. Not dropping hats from planes & guest planes for about 5 minutes, then it's ok. Then the problem moves to the next game, and so on and so on and so on. Real PIA. I have a stable internet connection. Plus the problem seems to be only 1 game at a time.

Can someone better explain the guide that was created? It does not appear to be well done. For example it says spy glass works for collectible and common yet those are X'd out. But Dice appears to be correct by Xing out Quest and Collectible??

Use SpyGlass for events, they are considered quests.
