Have you taken the plunge yet?I was just wondering if anyone has already done the homework and planned the perfect layout as title says? It is just the lazy me asking before starting the planning myself

No. I was so lucky that i have 150 gold coins that I forgot about those 2500 silver, which I spent on PAX in visa centers. So I plan some QL launching but don't know when, since my three kiddos need my attention almost whole dayHave you taken the plunge yet?
Gutted, but at least it is that way around. There are a lot of ways to gain silver tokens and you tend to do it more in the background.No. I was so lucky that i have 150 gold coins that I forgot about those 2500 silver, which I spent on PAX in visa centers. Take a look at mine. I have 6 VC with 2 police station so have a radius of 3. I have then spaced along regularly and they pick up super well. I only use them for buildings under 2 hours. Clicking and picking u all that are available is soooo much easier than click, click, click. Even when I just had the VC on their own. You need a PS to really start benefitting tho.layout aside, which buildings are best for 6 VC? I'm just struggling with 6VC's without police station, but very little buildings actually make 'the cut'. Let alone when the area of VC increases with a police station.... Are you all using a lot of 'unique' buildings or only buildings that are easy to come by? At the moment, I have the following, anything else seems to be... well, not a 'waste of space', but sort of like a waste.....

I will have a look at yours, thanks for the heads up. Only recently I'm in the situation where I could affort a police station... Just not yet in the situation where I have the space for this layoutTake a look at mine. I have 6 VC with 2 police station so have a radius of 3. I've done the layout without taking into account the actual buildings, if it helpsHave you taken the plunge yet?
Disagree. If you are at the level where you have a police station, it means you have 6 visa centres. Surely you should put it somewhere to pick up 2x2 buildings and not little producers of 1x1. I have 6, 1 does 1x1 and all the rest 2x2 under 4 hours. Optimum layout depends what kind of buildings you want to collect from.I've done the layout without taking into account the actual buildings, if it helps
I think this is the optimal layout with 1 police station. Obviously, repeat for other VC. However, I don't think the exact layout is the issue, but rather the available buildings to fill your layout with. In the end, I think the layout matters not so much since the buildings we have allow for multiple different layouts that all work equally well.

Disagree with the layout or disagree with the statement that multiple optima exist? You only have a limited number of different buildings available, and (with a very limited number of exceptions) the longer time it takes for those buildings to 'refresh', the less interesting they are to include in your layoutDisagree. Ah, ok. The layout itself is not flawed, but indeed repeating it will be hard. But that only proves the other point better: There is no such thing as one optimal layout as multiple optimal layouts exist since the buildings are the limiting factor and not the layout. I've worked out another example (below each other instead of next to each other is also possible ofcourse)Disagree with the layout.
Have a look at my city for the layout I use with 1 police station. Post 11 in this thread shows the layout used before I had a police station.Ah, ok. The B-building is optional (e.g., a bonus-building that doesn't require a road, possibly to boost surrounding buildings if they are not boosted already by another building; especially for the buildings with high refresh and low pax a 5% bonus is enough). I now see that the outer Road-squares could even be replaced with another pax-building but I don't think that would do much for most contracts.
10 for all 6.One small clarification please.
Presumably I have 6 VC .
And I run a 1 hour contact on each VC
So, do I spend 10 X 6 = 60 silver tokens or
Just 10 silver for all 6
Thanks in advance
