I have been sending tickets and getting no reply for over a week, not only the issues as described above, but also, bought 200 gold tokens, money gone and no tokens.... alliance flight task count reduces daily, over achievements the previous night.... All of a sudden in the past couple weeks...

Anyone else notice that when paying to speed up a flight, say... for 28 units of fuel, the actual number of fuel subtracted from the balance is greater? I see this happening on all flights and with no real correlation between advertised amount required and the value subtracted.....
