Now that I read more messages here, I do now note that my normal turnover time is 7pm EDT, but it is now 6:40pm EDT and the clock says 19 hours until my next refresh/turnover. Something is messed up with AC clocks as this PC has been sitting on the same timezone, not turned off at all for days...

I lost one from a live hangar, they fixed it in a couple days after I pulled a ticket.... a week later it happened again and I again, pulled a ticket but now... almost 4 weeks later and several reminders equal no response or fix. Ticket number: #8194614

UPDATE: got a message the fix was in and after an hour, no more lockups. Lost 4 days including my alliance goals from last week.. .sure glad I worked so late each night for that progress ... only to lose it when the update happened. :(

My game immediately started freezing up about 1 minute into playing after the helicopter update. I reported it, sent my requested file and have not heard anything more back after 3 days.... Ticket number: #8163442 I lost all my alliance task progress last week, and not able to do anything yet...

Yes, same here.... and across the alliance, some have 751 flights required.......for only one destination, 383 for another and 167 for the third.... NOT gonna happen. We are mid level and did not just level up, so not a level up issue for us.

Also seeing this same thing, after I loaded up on alliance task flights over 8 hours of flying... it shows unavailable... hope I do not lose all these flights I have made today..... UPDATE: Alliance is now back online and I see that NONE of my flights today were counted......BS

Got this reply from GI today: " We implemented fixes several times since the error initially occurred, and it was fixed with all our players. Please let me know if your game doesn't load yet." I must be the only person still having problems.... amazing! :(

Did the windows 10 update, now the game locks up and never gets past the initialization screen.... dead in the water now. Started a ticket.

Same as you describe, within minutes of instal locks up over and over and over again..... trying to locate the Windows 10 update referenced above, no luck yet....
