I have been suspicious of the Airframe Time parameter for a long time now, and find it hard to believe it is just there for novelty value. As such, I have purchased brand new planes before I apply any 'expensive' livery eg. S3, Superfast.
Top picture - active Livery S1 on a Falcon, with Standard livery of course already applied when purchased.
Bottom picture - to reactivate the other livery, click it, then click 'Use' button.
If you have more than one livery attached to a plane, only one is marked 'Active'. Reactivating is when you decide to reapply one of the other already-applied liveries.
There is also the issue of reactivating liveries that have already been applied ... their cost, if any. All this info is not readily apparent, and needs to be upfront before players make the move.

This quest more than any other has the effect of bringing (most) players together to work cooperatively. It is good to see, to be a part of it.
Many thanks to everyone who joined my launches and whose launches I joined, those who provided either rocket fuel or QLs and sometimes both.
