Your profile says you play on Android. The only players who got the bonus were iOS players. GI sent out the compensation link because many iOS players were affected by some game issues yesterday morning. The bonus link will only work if you're on iOS.

I need lots of Reindeer, both for tasks and upgrading buildings. No matter how many Valuable Cargos I use (supposedly doubling drop rates), it seems like I get even less than without it...

I agree with @LX Air - Teresa. I don't think Secret Basement would do anything, because the snowdrifts aren't buildings. The first three should work, though. It's not guaranteed, but more likely to drop more than without a bonus.

Yes, we did need to apply the Hearts livery to fly to Wonderland in 2022. I think @Chloe11111 meant it wasn't needed in 2020.
