Everything you said there was 100% true. Funny how I discovered myself doing both of those things you listed above... I can't believe I went so long doing so!

Besides, it's pretty easy to figure out on your own. As @Sai said, some things are meant to be learned on your own.

I doubt it. For the past several days, I've had the task to get the Carriage Body, which drops from the Carriage Workshop. I don't have a single Carriage Workshop, not in my warehouse or my city, and I still have that task. This event is full of bugs, and I doubt that would fix it.

I found out about the escape key from another player a few weeks ago... it makes all the difference when you play an ad by accident.
