    My computer restarted on its own and when I opened game I had lost 1 level of progress and it sent me back to beginning of rock the sky quest which I was half way to finishing.Sent ticket hope for the best.

    Have you used the support from your android device I do not think that works had the same problem and used the support on windows GI website got an answer virtually straight away and they returned my progress.

    Likewise exactly same thing happened to me sent another ticket using windows instead of the support in android.got a reply from mary she needs more info don't hold out much hope of getting my progress back.waiting for response.

    Yes just happened to me on my 10 inch android sent me back to beginning of the great game quest which I finished ages ago also lost coins and greenies.

    Yes happened to me went back to the day of the new update but I did not bother sending ticket because I knew I could complete event in the time.

    Windows Sending / receiving gifts does not work currently

    Opened my game this morning and I cant send gifts says I have to wait till tomorrow.Also the daily mission carried over from yesterday so all I had to do was accept 17 flights strange never happened before.
