Not working for me neither,some times the game works and then when I minimise and come back to the game it just freezes.

Thanks but it seems strange that on both my windows pcs this version just freezes cannot play it.

I have downloaded this new version on both my laptops and both games just freeze.sent ticket they are asking all sorts of silly questions don't hold out any hope for resolution.

Anybody else finding the windows version freezing,gets past the logo screen to game screen then just freezes sent ticket cheesed off waited for ages and it still doesn't work.

Update 5.7.12 out but beware it has frozen on my pc after less than one minute will restart computer and try again.Update this version does not work I have it on 2 pcs and it has frozen on both. rubbish waited ages for it and this is what they give us

How often does a profile restoration show up on android?

I have not got level 5 runway and I have just used a postage stamp and it sent me 4 jumbos which I could not land,rip off.

I have had exactly the same error message it shows your purchase about fifteen minutes later.Try closing your game and reopening that's what I did and it worked.

Same here event finished and on android only needed 1 item from tents round my city robbed!

Just sent screen shots of what was on level 62 it was the great game which I have completed and also it came from outer space which I also have completed.Pointed out to her that the quest finishes at 10am Monday and it is not fair I should lose reward.

It is now 6 days since I contacted GI and they still have not given me main stage.I could pay for remaining items but I object to paying for some thing I already had.Here is the message I received today not going to bother replying.

The main stage was complete and I had tents how else could I have done this without it.

This is the reply I have from GI I have explained in plain English that is impossible to have got where I am with the quest without the main stage.
