I'm just wondering what they'll take away from us/make more difficult. Like: How does the time delay enhance the game or help the players? 7.0 gave us speedier recovery for Fast Food places, but took away easy fuel production, gave us enhanced plane animation but took away all but 2 runways...

Exactly. The only progress I've made is from the speed-ups(ads). A few baggage tags, but not enough to keep the planes flying to event destinations. I thought I was, maybe, missing something fundamental, but, it seems to be just an unnecessarily difficult event Boring, frustrating, mind melting.

Have had lvl 2 from the beginning due to left overs from last year, so I had the tents right away - but..... except for a smattering of baggage tags, I have received nothing from event flights (except drumsticks) or guest planes. Not my event, apparently.

Come to think of it - I had a bunch left over from last year. Now they're gone.

But why nothing from the guest planes?

They do not show up as gifts that I can send. But, ok - I'll wait for the next reset and see what happens - thanks. :)

Baggage tags come from guest planes only (unless you want to spend money) but, after landing more than 30 guest planes so far, I have received not a single tag. I'm thinking of giving this event a pass.

I hate to open myself up to criticism, but is it possible that these problems are due to your computer? I say that cuz me and a lot of other people are having no problems at all. Just spitballin' here.

This year they threw us a knuckleball with the new "Airlab" plane, making the fighters from last year useless. But - I dare not delete them.
