To be clear Free2Play I was just explaining what the conspiracy theory was/is in response to @Navigata07, not that I believed it, or take it as fact. Sorry for any confusion.

The theory is that drop rates have been adjusted downward to force purchase of subscriptions since one of the features is an increase in drop success.

I learned from @Pit1024 but basically you use an empty 2x2 square surrounded by the various buildings that provide a passenger multiplier. You then move your available buildings into the square before collecting giving you the bonus on whatever building is in the square. I hope this helps, but...
