I think I'm more in the 5 flight range, however, since speeding up the repair simply takes one of the flight items, its a non-issue... even if I were out of all items, it wouldnt take more than 2m40 to make the speed up item. Really very easy and simple. Almost seems a waste to offer me 15 mins...
