I have completed the preparation items. It gives me the option to join or start launch. It says none of my neighbours have started a launch. This is not true because I have been talking to my neighbour on this forum and they have started and asked me to join and I can't. Is there a problem...

On people's signature profile they have requested items needed to lvl up on buildings. These don't appear on my gift items tab but I do have plenty of duplicates of them in my warehouse that I've got from flights. Can I somehow gift these because it doesn't give me an option. Thanks. Juaircity
