iOS Can't add neighbours

Sorry if this has been asked but I can't find a thread. Is there a problem with adding neighbours. I have 4 waiting and when I click add neighbours nothing happens.

Anyone else having this problem?

How many neighbors do you have? Do you have more then 500 already?
Is there any error message that appears? Please post a bit more. Thanks!

I have noticed with gifts if the person who sent you a gift has changed their name you can no longer use the return gift button, you need to manually find that person by the new name and send a gift.

Not really made the connection before but might be something similar with adding neighbors, if they changed their names before you try to accept it might not find them so to speak?

Just a theory though

I thinks the problem is your network.
Make sure you have a good connection.
