No idea how to fix but I too have just lost the event . Tried to reboot but that did not help. On Windows we started 4 days behind other platforms - not too pleased at losing more time.

Dont have a weather station. Dont have the new event. Dont understand what is causing the delay. Dont know if I want to continue with a game that is increasingly giving less fun and enjoyment. Dont keep us in the dark G! - tell Windows players what is happening :arghh::arghh::arghh:

Completed daily mission - commercial buildings 150/150, Residential 125/125 and sent out my 20 gifts BUT only 8/16 recorded. No reward but not worth raising a ticket to G!. (unless the error continues) BTW when creating this thread the drop down headings on offer were for the LAUNCH forum

No update and no event on PC (Windows 10). Still on version 5.4.10. So dont have event items to gift neighbours and unsure how to proceed safely. The game has been running well over many months so reluctant to reinstall or mess about with techy solutions - have contacted G!:(:(
