Windows Where is the update ????

No update and no event on PC (Windows 10). Still on version 5.4.10. So dont have event items to gift neighbours and unsure how to proceed safely. The game has been running well over many months so reluctant to reinstall or mess about with techy solutions - have contacted G!

I went to windows store and checked for updates, it showed up

I went to windows store and checked for updates, it showed up

A sent a ticket to G! and within a few hours game was updated (good service or co-incidence?) Running a bit slow but that will hopefully settle down
