I would guess that only members of the forum management team (Admin/Mods) have the ability to post new threads in the News & Information section and rightly so. This makes perfect sense as personally I can’t see a situation whereby a member would even need to create a thread relating news...

Well I would say that the Shoutbox is proving to be a big success and serving it’s purpose (even if I haven’t used it yet myself)! The only observation I have is that on numerous occasions I have noticed questions and answers about gameplay/events (which would be of benefit to other members)...

Make sure that your internet connection is strong and stable - Sure these don't count if you game is not connected to the internet. You can also try visiting Madlen to force a server reset or logging in and out of the game. Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch.
