It’s supposed to be a feature as @Teboho described.... but it’s pretty unreliable.
Its there to stop people gaining launch fuel via a crash/force restart.
However, after any in game download, it tends to flag this message. I always always restart following an in game download.

With respect to launches, we are all ultimately limited in the number we can do. By that, I mean each launch has a collection that can only be gained from neighbour visits/owned buildings. Whilst both of these can be increased (Friend in need, secret basement, golden toad & horn...
The warehouse shows planes that aren’t in your fleet yet. E.g. ones you’ve gained from collections/chests.
You need to click on the operational hangar, as below.
I have suffered his glitch many times on android. Each time the plane has turned up in my warehouse after a restart. At first I wasn’t convinced, but after that I kept a manual log of what planes I have and sure enough I’ve not lost one.
