Actually I did that, my restore Thanks for offering help, however when I played up to level 3 and i tried to restore, what happened is not only did it not restore, it deleted another account I had in a secure app, so I lost an 80 and a 56 level account

Pulled a big “OOPS”, went to clear cache and instead hit “Clear Data” so my Level 80 account is now a Level 1 is there anyway to recover ? sent a ticket to GI but don’t see how they could restore it. Anybody have any ideas ?

Not the issue you are having but the Gold subscription I paid for is worthless, not receiving any of the benefits. Like you found, customer service is worthless
