Android Deleted Acc’t by mistake

Pulled a big “OOPS”, went to clear cache and instead hit “Clear Data” so my Level 80 account is now a Level 1

is there anyway to recover ?

sent a ticket to GI but don’t see how they could restore it.

Anybody have any ideas ?

They can restore because they have backups. They will tell you to get the game to level 3 or 4 then restore. No worries!

Hi David.
I assume it is an Android game from the way you described how it happened. It is simple to restore your game:
1) Uninstall AC app you have on your device.
2) Go to Google Play Store and download/install new AC app.
3) Play to level 3. Once you hit level 3, it will ask you to select to keep the new profile or to restore your saved profile (the one you deleted).
4) After you select the saved old profile, it will download and restore.
Once it is fully restored, you will need to restart AC again to get your neighbor list restored too.

I assume it is an Android game from the way you described how it happened. It is simple to restore your game:
1) Uninstall AC app you have on your device.
2) Go to Google Play Store and download/install new AC app.
3) Play to level 3. Once you hit level 3, it will ask you to select to keep the new profile or to restore your saved profile (the one you deleted).
4) After you select the saved old profile, it will download and restore.
Once it is fully restored, you will need to restart AC again to get your neighbor list restored too.

Actually, nowadays tru Google store and Google play, you don’t even need to play til lvl 3. I recently bought a new android, as soon as I installed and opened AC (after configuring Google play) I got the recovery message

I did get the game to Level 3 but the restore was to another account that was in a hidden folder. So I tried restore and now that level 56 account is gone, so now I have lost 2 accounts, lvl 80 & 56
Deleted the app, reinstalled and played through lvl 3, my restore options are now a lvl 4 game
I totally messed up, sent in to GI. support but not expecting anything positive to happen, it was totally my fault

Thanks for offering help, however when I played up to level 3 and i tried to restore, what happened is not only did it not restore, it deleted another account I had in a secure app, so I lost an 80 and a 56 level account
