iOS Gold Subscription Not Active

This may not be the right place to ask but let me try.
My Gold subcscription just renewed, payment was made, but it is not active on my game ?
Anyone with experience on this ?
Of course I contacted support but so far that is useless.
Any help appreciated

Just to make sure: you don’t have any other AC on any other Apple device connected to the same appleid, do you? This is known to generate that kind of issues, even when games are connected thru different Game Center’s Id
