@Ten33go - tech support was not awake at 5am here! - tech support is not my field, I wish it was, all I can bang on about is taking backups daily and using them - I am still taking backups, but haven't tried/needed to use them to check they still work since the update. Off to work now, but I will post the backups I recommend later - no help for @BelleAIr this time I am afraid, sorry!!

That's what I meant by the Tech Support comment. And yes, they do work the same way, I've used it once already when I went back to level 60 on Ten last Thursday

nope, fuel 3, looks like i'll need to moth ball falcon and giant for a while, for flights to Hawaiian Islansd, have enough fuel hose for 13 flights, 181 flight catering.

I saw your posts in last week's thread.

I had the exact same problem. It got solved in 24hrs by Mary of GI support.

Basically I suggested to her that I should delete my game (Taking note of the friend code !) and download a new game. I played this new game level 5.
I then sent the new friend code to Mary. She did her thing and when I next opened this new game it was back to the old one with everything intact.

I think the main lesson I learned was to tell hem what you want to do, not wait for them to get round to suggesting it.

well thanks to me and several others, it was easier to fix your game, my gamerader game had that problem from the day the update came out, it took the over 9 days and 12 e-mails to come up with that resolution

Don't forget to keep your signature with a list of your gifting needs and keep it updated so that you get what you need and don't end up with duplicates. Basically what you have from this past post, minus what you no longer need, and paste it in the signature section in your profile. This game will be a lot less frustraiting with these forum neighbors! They are the best!

i have first seen it now and i did not know about signature i have been updating in here but i will see if i can find out where that signature is hehe.
